1. What is the process from booking to delivery?

A. Once you contact me, please provide details such as your script or estimated word count, intended usage, preferred style, and desired delivery date.

I will review your project and provide a quote and estimated turnaround time. Once the project is confirmed, I will record and edit the voiceover according to your specifications and deliver the files in your requested format.

If your script or project details are not finalized yet, you are still welcome to contact me for an initial consultation.

2. Do you offer live-directed sessions?

A. Yes. I offer live-directed remote recording sessions using Source-Connect, SessionLinkPro, Zoom, and Google Meet.

You can direct the session in real time, allowing us to adjust pronunciation, pacing, tone, and delivery together.

I am also available for remote sessions with clients and directors outside Japan.

3. How quickly can you deliver the recording?

A. I offer fast turnaround whenever possible.

For short projects, if my schedule allows and we can coordinate the recording smoothly, I may be able to deliver the finished audio within 2 hours.

For longer projects, projects requiring more detailed editing, or when scheduling a live-directed session across different time zones, the turnaround time may be longer.

I will discuss the delivery schedule with you based on the project requirements and my availability.

4. How much does a voiceover cost?

A. Voiceover rates vary depending on the script length, intended use, media, usage period, recording requirements, and whether editing or live direction is required.

Quotes are free.

If you have a target budget, please feel free to include it in your inquiry. If your budget has not yet been determined, that is also fine.

I will review your project and provide a quote based on your specific requirements.

5. Can you accommodate rush projects?

A. Yes. Rush projects are welcome whenever my schedule allows.

For a short recording with a straightforward production process, delivery may be possible within 2 hours.

However, the actual turnaround time depends on factors such as the length and complexity of the script, editing requirements, my recording schedule, and the availability of real-time communication across different time zones.

If you have a tight deadline, please let me know your desired delivery time when you contact me. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule and confirm a realistic delivery time with you.

6. What audio formats can you deliver?

A. I can deliver audio in commonly requested formats such as WAV and MP3.

I can also accommodate client-specific specifications, including sample rate, bit depth, mono/stereo, file splitting, and file naming, whenever required.

If you have specific technical specifications, please include them with your inquiry.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

A. I accept Wise, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Payment terms may vary depending on the project and client. For international projects, I can provide the appropriate payment details after the project has been confirmed.

If you have any questions about payment, please feel free to ask when requesting a quote.

8. How are usage rights handled?

A. Voiceover fees may vary depending on how and where the recording will be used.

For example, usage for a corporate website, internal video, e-learning course, television commercial, online advertising, social media, or other paid advertising may have different requirements.

When requesting a quote, please let me know the intended media, territory, usage period, and purpose of the recording whenever possible.

I will review the details and provide a quote based on the intended usage.

9. Can my voice be used for AI training or voice synthesis?

A. My voice recordings may not be used for AI training, voice cloning, synthetic voice generation, or the creation of AI voice models without my prior written permission and a separate agreement.

These uses are not included in standard voiceover fees.
