Voiceover Service Workflow for International Clients
1. Application
Please complete our online application form. This helps us gather the necessary information about your project and requirements.
2. Project Consultation (Optional)
We offer a complimentary consultation (approximately 30 minutes) via Google Meet or Zoom to discuss your project in detail. This allows us to understand your specific needs, target audience, and desired tone. While optional, we highly recommend this step for a smoother collaboration.
3. Submission of Materials and Budget
To provide you with an accurate quote, please submit the following:
- Finalized script
- Video (if applicable)
- Voiceover style preferences or examples (if any)
- Project budget
4. Quotation
Based on the provided materials and your budget, we will prepare a comprehensive quotation outlining the costs involved. This will include details about usage rights, revisions, and delivery formats. We will also confirm pronunciation of any specific terms or names prior to recording.
5. Formal Order
Upon your approval of the quotation, we will require a formal order confirming your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
6. Contract
Following your formal order, we will draft a contract that clearly outlines the scope of work, payment terms, delivery schedule, usage rights, confidentiality clauses, and any other relevant details. This ensures transparency and protects both parties.
7. Recording and Client Review
We will record the voiceover and deliver the completed audio files to you for review and approval. We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
8. Final Delivery
Once you have approved the recording, we will deliver the final, high-quality audio files in your preferred format, ready for integration into your project.
