Beyond Borders: Honored as a Finalist for the 2026 One Voice Awards USA

i-company

I’m truly touched to be named a finalist for the One Voice Awards USA 2026 in the International – Best Overall Performance category.

This August, the voiceover community will gather in Dallas, Texas. To be selected among the top 10 finalists globally is a milestone that feels incredibly special—not just as an individual achievement, but as a celebration of the craft I’ve loved for over 30 years.

The Joy of Global Connection

What makes this nomination truly special is the project itself. It was a multilingual children’s audiobook born from a wonderful “borderless” collaboration: an American animator, an Italian sound engineer, and gifted musicians from across the globe.

When our author messaged us with the news, our international team chat erupted with joy. It reminded me once again that while we may speak different languages and live in different time zones, our passion for storytelling creates a shared language of its own.

Why “Quality” Matters to Me

To me, being a finalist means more than just a title. It’s a recognition of the tiny nuances and the quiet precision required to represent the Japanese language authentically.

Whether I’m working from my studio in Toyama for a global brand like Nissan or Bose, or narrating a gentle story for children, my goal is always the same: to provide a “signature touch” that feels human and sincere. My technical setup is high-end, yes—but it exists solely to ensure that nothing gets in the way of the message and the emotion.

Let’s Create Something Together

From corporate promotions to character voices, I see myself as a partner in your creative vision. I strive to be a voice that is easy to direct and a collaborator who truly cares about the final heartbeat of the project.

If you’re looking for a native Japanese voice that brings both professional precision and a touch of authenticity, I would love to hear from you.
